Broadway Park will include hospitality components compatible with the timing and status of development. The South Broadway corridor provides potential to satisfy both local demand and additional demand extending from Downtown, LoDo and Cherry Creek with excellent car and light rail connectivity to the Denver Convention Center, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium, etc. The Denver Tech Center and SE suburban markets are highly accessible via light rail and I-25 as well.
Latent demand exists from non-Denver resident visitors to the Denver Design Center and Collection Properties that are at the iconic heart of Broadway Park.
